What is a Food Intolerance?
Up to 45% of the population suffer with symptoms of food intolerance. Whilst not life threatening, it can have a big impact on your quality of life. I will take a simple finger prick blood test and send it to a laboratory for analysis. Results will be available within 14 days. You can then return for your second consultation where we will go through your comprehensive test results and any dietary changes you should make.

The test I offer is an IgG blood test which is analysed in an accredited, monitored and quality controlled laboratory.
